To receive a FULL refund, cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made after 14 days, you will receive 75% refund on your deposit. If cancellation is after 7 days or after, you forfeit deposit.

Reservation must be canceled 14 days prior to the arrival date to receive full refund. If made after the 14th day, payment is forfeited.

PLEASE NOTE:
Starting May 1, 2024, there will be a 3% surcharge for all debit/credit cards used for payment.
- Weekend Rate (Thur, Fri, Sat) there is a $2 additional charge per day. This does not pertain to holidays.
- NO Passport America excepted on weekends. Must be out of park 2 weeks before you’re able to use Passport America rates again.
- There will be a $100 refundable cleaning charge paid upfront on all units reserved 5 nights or more.
